アルゴリズムがもたらす表現の可能性を探求する、ジェネラティブアートのアジア巡回展示「dialog() – Asian Generative Art Exhibition 2024」のクロージングパーティーを務めることになった電子音楽研究会。
本パーティーでは、研究進捗報告会として行なってこなかった形式での新たな挑戦を試みます。
我々は、音楽ベニューの在り方と利用方法を問いただした中で、代官山SALOONの空間の特性とこれまでのクラブシーンカルチャーとビデオ・アートから近代のメディア・アートの系譜を意識した新たな体験に誘います。
本パーティーでは、65型ディスプレイを縦型に2枚配置し、天高空間に対する柱性と壁のFill印象を生む意匠を本パーティーの空間に設計いたします。
団体初となるディスプレイを使用した空間施工へのアプローチを堪能していただければ幸いです。

The Electronic Music Society has been chosen to host the closing party for Asian generative art exhibition – dialog(), which explores the expressive possibilities brought by algorithms.
At this party, we will attempt new challenges in the form of a interim research exhibition, a format that has not been undertaken before for us.
In questioning the nature and utilization of music venues, we invite attendees to a new experience that takes into account the unique characteristics of Daikanyama SALOON’s space, the club scene culture, video art, and the lineage of modern media art.
For this party, we will design the space with two vertically placed 65-inch displays, creating a pillar-like impression and filling the walls to enhance the high-ceiling space.
We hope you will enjoy our group’s first approach to space design using displays.
